We use your account details to provide sign-in, account support, credit balances, payment history, and requested generations. Media you upload is processed to deliver the generation you request.
How we use information
Information is used to operate and secure the service, process payments, provide generated outputs, and respond to support requests. We do not host the original Hotel Lobby performance footage or song.
Uploads and generated media
Only upload images and clips you have permission to use. Your submitted media may be sent to the selected AI provider to complete a generation. Generated items are associated with your account so you can access them in your library.
Payments and retention
Payment processing is handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. Account and transaction records may be retained as needed for service delivery, security, legal obligations, and dispute handling.
